Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You may use this information to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation. These charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Undeliverable Orders

In cases where the shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, reshipping charges may apply.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon arrival:

  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Personal care or hygiene products.
  • Customized, Personalized, or made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 5 days of delivery. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
